Our team was tasked with producing 13 bespoke doors for the prestigious Moore Building in Miami, specifically for its exclusive members' club. Each door was meticulously crafted to reflect the unique theme of the adjoining rooms, providing a seamless blend of functionality and aesthetics that enhances the club's overall ambiance.

Design and Materials:

To achieve the desired effect for each themed room, we utilized a variety of high-quality materials:

• Wooden Veneers: Each door features specially selected wooden veneers, adding a touch of elegance and warmth.

• Fabrics: We incorporated luxurious fabrics to complement the decor of the adjoining spaces, adding texture and visual interest.

• Metal Trims: Custom metal trims were designed and applied to enhance the structural integrity and aesthetic appeal of the doors.

• Kickplates: Durable and stylish kickplates were included to ensure longevity and protect the lower portion of the doors from wear and tear.

Customization and Local Production:

Most of the components used in this project were custom-made, reflecting our commitment to bespoke craftsmanship. All production took place locally in Miami at our shop in Little River, ensuring close attention to detail and high-quality results. This local production also allowed us to support the community and maintain rigorous quality control throughout the project.
